This project consisted of a first phase design of a 17 acre public park to meet the program of Mount Sinai, the Town of Brookhaven and Suffolk County for passive and active recreation. The second phase is a 4,800 square foot Community Center as the primary element in the park. The first 3 phases of the community center are presently under construction.
